Important notes
- Your passport stays at the embassy for the whole processing period, so do not plan any other travel in that window.
- Apply no earlier than six months and no later than 15 working days before you travel. Appointment slots from Dhaka are released in batches and fill months ahead.
- Apply at the mission of the country where you will spend the most nights — applying to the "easier" embassy is the most common reason a Schengen file is rejected outright.
- Get a free file review before you pay the embassy fee. A refusal stays on your record and weakens every future application, so it is worth fixing the file first.
- Embassy fees change without notice and are non-refundable if the visa is refused. The fee shown is what we last paid on a client's behalf.
